Care Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Hull
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role Will Include:
Allocating care workers to customer visits using effective rostering systems, ensuring continuity of care and matching skills to client needs
Managing new referrals from private clients and social services, ensuring accurate care planning
Supporting the Branch Manager in identifying new business opportunities
Ensuring care workers are fully briefed on assignments, including pay rates and client requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
3–6 months as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care setting (essential)
Minimum 12 months domiciliary care experience within the last 3 years (essential)
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and working towards Level 4 (or willing to sign up upon appointment)
Skills:
Strong IT and communication skills
Knowledge of PASS and CP systems (desirable)
Understanding of CQC’s 5 Key Lines of Enquiry (desirable)
Other Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
Ability to work every other weekend (on-call backup)
Experience Required:
Rota planning for staff: 1 year (required)
Domiciliary care: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
