Job Description
ROLE: CLINICAL LEAD
SALARY: £48,906
LOCATION: Selby, East Yorkshire
HOURS: Approx 42hrs per week (3*12hrs then 4*12hrs Alt-around Manager)

This well-reviewed Care Company, by both Residents and the staff, provide a range of care and support services for older residents, some of whom have dementia.

About You:
· You will have an active NMC/Nurse Degree
· Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting
· Experience of managing an effective team by supervising, mentoring and coaching
· Knowledge of conditions relevant to older people, Dementia, physical and sensory disabilities
· Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional
· Ability to effectively deal with crises/emergencies
