As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager to deliver outstanding care and clinical excellence. You’ll lead by example, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing clinical governance and care planning.
Leading and mentoring nursing and care teams.
Ensuring high standards of person-centred care.
Supporting audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (essential).
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
