Job Description

Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: £53,000 per Annum

Hours: 37.5 hours / week – 7.5 hour shifts – 5 days / week

Skills and qualifications:

· Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC Pin

· NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care – desirable

· Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting.

· Experience of managing an effective team by supervising, mentoring and coaching

· Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse

· Knowledge of conditions relevant to older people, Dementia, physical and sensory disabilities

· Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional.

· Ability to effectively deal with crises/emergencies.
