Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Clinical Pharmacist, 2 days a week, from the 1st of December until minimum end of January.
This role will include:
– Face to face appoinments,
– Medication Reviews
– EPS
The role will take place on site and the two days will be every tuesday 14:30-18:00 and every friday 08:00-16:00.
