Location: Holt , Norfolk

Salary: Competitive: £55,000 Per Annum

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to take on an exciting challenge in a care home? We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Home Manager to lead the team, ensuring the highest standards of care and working towards achieving an Outstanding CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care assisting the Home Manager.

Ensure the home meets and exceeds CQC standards, working towards an Outstanding rating.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to maintain full occupancy.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders.

Oversee administrative functions and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care and services provided.

What We’re Looking For:

NMC Registered

Proven experience displaying leadership in a care home, preferably with a background in nursing or dementia care.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of working towards Outstanding ratings.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Business acumen and marketing experience within the private care sector.

A commitment to promoting a culture of compassion, kindness, and respect.
