Job Description
Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Pembrokeshire
Salary: £43,661 per Annum
Hours: 37.5 hours / week (18 hrs Nursing & 19.5hrs Supernumerary)

They are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Clinical Deputy Manager to support one of their nursing rehabilitation homes and manager (<25 bed) with clinical management decisions. Skills and qualifications:
· You will have an active NMC/Nurse Degree
· NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care – desirable but not essential
· Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting
· Experience of managing an effective team by supervising, mentoring and coaching
· Knowledge of conditions relevant to older people, Dementia, physical and sensory disabilities
· Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional
· Ability to effectively deal with crises/emergencies
