Job Description

ROLE: CLINICAL DEPUTY MANAGER – Nursing Home
SALARY: £53,000 per/annum
LOCATION: South Coast / Brighton Area
HOURS: 40 hrs/per week Permanent FT

If you are a passionate, ambitious and dedicated Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking to make a change then we would like to hear from you!
You will be the Clinical Deputy Manager for a Medium-Large sized Nursing Home with state-of-the-art facilities, and your role is to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home to deliver specialist care and nursing services to the residents; to assist the Home Manager in providing high-quality nursing and care support to place the individual at the centre of your day to day activities and based on the core values of Wellness, Happiness and Kindness.

Your Role and Duties:

• To co-ordinate and lead the nursing team to provide high quality, person centred care and support in a way which promotes: dignity; privacy; safety and independence and which promotes equality & diversity for everyone living and working within the Service.
• To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times.
• To ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home and liaise with external health professionals.
• To provide Clinical Leadership and supervision within the Service
