Domiciliary Care Branch Manager – Exciting New Branch
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £42,500 – £45,000 pa + Benefits

About the Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of this new branch. You’ll oversee and coordinate home care services for individuals who want to maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. From ensuring high-quality care delivery to managing care plans and supervising staff, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting well-being and safety for every client.
This is more than a management role—it’s an opportunity to lead, innovate, and grow a service that makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your branch team, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain robust quality assurance processes.
Build strong relationships with clients and the local community, promoting services and handling concerns.
Manage branch performance, budgets, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Proven management experience in a domiciliary care setting (essential).
Strong business acumen and a passion for service growth.
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
