Job Description
Job Title: Care Home Manager
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: £70,000 Per Annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Home:
Our Client are currently recruiting for a flagship site, this luxury care home overlooking Prince’s Park in Liverpool. Located on a peaceful, tree-lined road near Sefton Park, it offers a tranquil and welcoming environment.
The site provides 24-hour nursing, dementia, and residential care for up to 56 residents, delivering exceptional personalised care for both long and short-term stays. Facilities include a family room and bistro area.
We are now seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead the team for one of our key clients, ensuring the highest standards of care and working towards achieving an Outstanding CQC rating.
You’ll have full support from our Operations and Central teams, alongside an in-house supernumerary Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality, Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to help maintain smooth operations and excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care.
Ensure the home meets and exceeds CQC standards, working towards an Outstanding rating.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to maintain full occupancy.
Manage the home’s budget effectively, meeting financial targets.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders.
Oversee administrative functions and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care and services provided.
Education and qualification:
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience
What Our Client is Looking For:
Proven experience managing a care home, preferably with a background in nursing or dementia care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of working towards Outstanding ratings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Business acumen and marketing experience within the private care sector.
A commitment to promoting a culture of compassion, kindness, and respect.
