Job Description
ROLE: DAY NURSE – Nursing Home
SALARY: £22.60/Hour
LOCATION: Shoreham by Sea – West Sussex
HOURS: 48 Hrs/Week Permanent FT

You will be working days at medium – large elderly and dementia Home. You’ll use the latest care technology to spend quality time with service users, ensuring high-quality care based on Wellness, Happiness, and Kindness.
Shift Times: 07:45 – 20:15, including alternate weekends

Duties:
– Assess health and develop care plans
– Administer medication and monitor responses
– Provide nursing care, including wound and palliative care
– Coordinate care with healthcare professionals
– Support daily living activities
– Provide emotional support to users and families
– Maintain accurate records
– Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines
– Train new staff members
**Requirements:**
– NMC Registered Nurse
– Experience in nursing homes and dementia care
– Caring and compassionate
– Knowledge of CQC regulations
– Excellent communication skills
– Team player and able to work independently
– Commitment to professional development
