Job Description
Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER – DOMICILIARY CARE
Location: MIDLANDS
Salary: C£50K – £55K PER ANNUM – NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
Hours: FULL TIME
Coben Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a flourishing, dynamic and innovative care provider, who are expanding at an exponential rate, in their search for an accomplished Dom Care Ops Manager to oversee Services across East & West Midlands, Worcestershire & Gloucestershire regions.
Our client are looking to add talented Senior Care Managers to their business, and are specifically looking to appoint an experienced Domiciliary Care Operations Manager who will be fully supported by the Directors.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will be commercially astute and operated at 800+ hours, who has the ability to grow and develop their services and teams, who thrives by working at a fast and efficient pace, with a proven track record.
Experienced Registered Managers with multi site experience, who are looking to join a very well respected domiciliary care provider across the Midlands, will also be considered.
You will line manage & provide support to the Registered Managers ensuring that highest levels of care and compliance is provided across all branches.
The successful candidate will have experience of multi service management.
As a senior management team member, you will provide strategic operational excellence for each of the services under your remit, supporting with training, quality systems and marketing.
Skills / Qualifications:
Leadership & Management Qualifications
Extensive Domiciliary Care Sector Experience
Thorough understanding of CQC Governance, Legislation Policies and Inspections
Managing budgets
Ensuring new staff are trained to deliver the very best care to the service users in their own homes
Proven track record in the management & delivery of high-quality care
Commercially minded with the ability to drive KPIs such as: hours of care delivered, staffing, recruitment, compliance & networking to achieve long-term success
Training & supporting new staff to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care
