ROLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER – CARE HOMES
SALARY: £60,000 PER ANNUM + CAR ALLOWANCE + BONUS PRP
LOCATION: SUFFOLK HEAD OFFICE
HOURS: PERMANENT – FULL TIME

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the Care Home and Services in your region are delivering high quality care and environment for residents, compliant in line with CQC and company regulatory requirements and achieving financial and business objectives.
By providing strong leadership, support and mentoring, you will be instrumental in driving the success of the Homes and services, aligning with company values and vision.
