Job Description

ROLE: QUALITY AUDITOR – HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE SECTOR
SALARY: UP TO £24,667 PER ANNUM
LOCATION: COVERING LINCOLNSHIRE SERVICES – REGULAR TRAVEL
HOURS: PERMANENT, FULL-TIME – 38 HOURS / WEEK

They are looking for an experienced Quality Auditor for their services across Lincolnshire who will be able to make a positive difference to people’s lives and enabling them to gain greater independence and improve their well being,
About You in this Role:
· Audit, action planning and review, being able to provide critical review of care delivery levels in within services.
· Provide guidance & assistance and remedial action planning and subsequent revisiting services to test implementation plans have been followed and quality improvements have been achieved.
· Responsible for delivery of the quality audit programme, undertaking regular quality audits, spot checks, report writing, producing recommendations and logging actions on application software
· Provide direction and guidance on remedial action planning and driving change to ensure standards and objectives are understood and met
· Working with colleagues to improve quality across your designated services – focussing on delivering personalised care & support
· Understanding CQC and Local Authority standards and monitoring tools, in preparation for inspections and contract reviews
· Analyse quality data, identifying and highlighting risks and make recommendations for improvement
Skills & Attributes Required:
· Ability to evaluate information, assess risks, identify concerns and make recommendations
· Full Driving Licence
· NVQ Level 3 – Health & Social Care – Desirable
· Working flexibly in accordance with needs of post
· Experience of being subject to regulated activity/inspections
