Job Description

Regional Operations Manager – Adult Care Services
Location: West Sussex (Multi-site role)
Salary: Up to £75,000 pa + £470 monthly car allowance
Hours: 37.5 per week

The Role
You’ll lead a portfolio of residential and nursing care services across West Sussex, providing strategic leadership and mentorship to Service Managers. This is a multi-site role, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:
Driving commercial performance, occupancy, and agency reduction across your region.
Ensuring compliance and quality standards, aiming for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
Managing budgets and maintaining financial integrity.
Leading recruitment and onboarding processes to build strong, engaged teams.
Building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities for growth and business development.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing multi-site adult social care services within the private sector.
Multi Site -Management experience gained in relevant health/social care setting.
Experience of managing and organising resources, including budgetary control and effective people management.
Strong knowledge of care regulations and commercial acumen.
A dynamic leadership style with excellent engagement skills.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care).
Valid driving licence and access to a car.

Desirable: Experience in marketing services and selling market beds.
Does not need to be clinical but must have an understanding and experience of managing/overseeing nursing services
