Position: REGISTERED MANAGER – DOMICILIARY CARE

Location: BOLTON

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 PER ANNUM – INCREASES AS PERFORMANCE INCREASES

Hours: FULL TIME

Coben Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative care provider in their search for a talented Dom Care Manager to work across Lancashire.

For this particular Registered Dom Care Manager role in Bolton, the successful candidate will be overseeing the day to day running and operations, ensuring the delivery of high quality care to individuals in their own homes.

Duties & Responsibilities

To support the Dom Care Service, Care Coordinators and Staff, adhering to CQC guidelines, ensuring high quality care is delivered to the people they support with particular regard for individual needs
Ability to build strong relationships across the Lancashire community through – developing practical and strategic partnerships with local authorities and commissioners
Take an active role in staff development and training within service, including induction and mentoring, focusing on upskilling staff and evolving work practice
Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of support services.
Undertake regular auditing and monitoring ensuring the service remains compliant in all areas
Promote and maintain good channels of communication amongst the teams and between people they support and staff
Skills & Qualifications:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Previous Experience as a Registered Manager in a Dom Care Setting
Effective communication – strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the team and community
Genuine passion for care to provide high quality support services and improving the lives of service users.
