ROLE: Interim / Fixed Term Contract OFSTED Registered Children’s Home Manager
SALARY: c.£50,000 D.O.E.
LOCATION: Stoke on Trent Area, Staffordshire
HOME – 3 Bedded Children’s Home
ROLE TYPE – Interim / Fixed Term Contract
About the role
Our Clients have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join their team to ensure exceptional care and a nurturing environment for their young people in their childrens home.
As a Registered Manager, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our clients home including:
Manage a warm and friendly home that is a safe and supportive environment for their children and young people to achieve positive outcomes authentic to them
Ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care.
Lead and inspire a motivated team, providing guidance and support.
Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment.
Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home’s statement of purpose is fulfilled.

What our clients are looking for from you:
· Extensive experience in children’s residential care management.
· A strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· A commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment.
· You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce
· You also hold your QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children’s Services.
· Hold a full UK driving license
Education and Qualifications
· NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children’s Residential Care
· OFSTED Registered Manager (Essential)
· Driving Licence (Essential)
