Job Description

Role: Night Nurse

Location: Evesham, West Midlands

Salary: £21.79 – £22.16 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week | Night Shifts (20:00–08:00)

Coben Healthcare is proud to support one of our partner services in their search for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their care team at a well-established care home in Evesham. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, particularly those living with dementia or recovering from an acquired brain injury (ABI).

About the Service:

This outstanding-rated care centre offers a dual service:

· A specialist ABI unit supporting adults aged 18–65 with rehabilitation needs (short stays, long-term care, and respite).

· A dedicated dementia care unit delivering tailored support to older adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs and preferences.

· Create, review, and update personalised care plans to support physical, psychological, and social wellbeing.

· Manage medication in line with best practices and legal requirements.

· Foster a positive environment that encourages independence and respects personal choice.

· Lead and support your care team, providing mentorship and guidance in line with the NMC Code.

· Build strong, professional relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

· Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards.

About You:

· NMC-registered Nurse

· Confident in medication management and clinical decision-making.

· Committed to promoting dignity, respect, and choice for those in your care.

· Able to lead a team and communicate effectively with staff and external professionals.

· Previous experience in elderly or ABI care is desirable but not essential.
