Position: CLINICAL LEAD / DEPUTY NURSING HOME MANAGER – MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES – REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH
Location: LONGSIGHT
Salary: £43K PER ANNUM – NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
Hours: FULL TIME

A great opportunity has arisen for an RMN or RGN qualified Nurse, to work in a 6 bedded Mental Health Residential Care Home in Manchester with “Good” CQC Ratings in all areas. They provide individually tailored, person centred care to adults.
As Supernumerary Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, reporting to the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and delivering the highest standards of care.
Job Requirements:
Overseeing Care within the Service
Managing individual care plans & files & caseloads
Appraisal and supervision of staff ensuring all company policies are adhered to
Ability to assess & evaluate service user needs
Keeping accurate administrative records
Skills / Qualifications:
RMN or RGN Qualified
Proven track record in the management & delivery of high-quality mental health care
Extensive Mental Health Sector experience
Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
Dedicated and inspiring, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
This role will suit a confident, assertive character with a personable approach.
