Position: SENIOR RMN MANAGER – MENTAL HEALTH SECTOR

Location: MIDLANDS

Salary: C£65K PER ANNUM – NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Hours: FULL TIME

Coben Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a flourishing, dynamic and innovative care provider, who are expanding at an exponential rate, in their search for an accomplished and highly experienced RMN Qualified Manager to oversee design and develop bespoke forensic community based rehabilitation services across East & West Midlands, Worcestershire & Gloucestershire regions.

Our client are looking to add talented Senior Care Managers to their business, and are specifically looking to appoint a proficient RMN QualifiedCandidate who has great commercial acumen and will be fully supported by the Directors.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be commercially astute and have experience of working in both in-patient and community settings.

With a proven background in Forensic Mental Health Sector, you will have the ability to grow and develop the services and teams as well as thrive – working at a fast and efficient pace.

Formulate bespoke forensic community based rehab services.

You will lead the services on location and spend some time in the Company’s new headquarters in Birmingham. As a senior management team member, you will provide local and strategic operational direction of the service clusters. You will ensure that services are safe and delivered to a high-quality standard and that budget and performance standards are met and improved to meet commissioners’ expectations and contractual requirements. You will have a relentless focus on keeping the service users and their care at the centre of everything you do.

Supporting with training, quality systems and marketing.

Skills / Qualifications:

RMN Qualified
Leadership & Management Qualifications
Forensic Mental Health Experience in both inpatient and community settings
Thorough understanding of CQC Governance, Legislation Policies and Inspections
Managing budgets and completing detailed analytical reports
Ensuring new staff are trained to deliver the very best care to the service users in their own homes
Proven track record in the management & delivery of high-quality care
Commercially minded with the ability to drive KPIs such as: hours of care delivered, staffing, recruitment, compliance & networking to achieve long-term success
Training & supporting new staff to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care
