Job Description
ROLE: CARE HOME SUPPORT WOKER
SALARY: £12.00 – £13.50
LOCATION: MULTIPLY LOCATIONS ACROSS NORFOLK
HOURS: PERMANENT, FULL-TIME,PART-TIME
Coben Healthcare is seeking caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our Clients compassionate teams across Norfolk. In this role, you will help maintain the personal care needs of our residents, always respecting their dignity and promoting their independence. You’ll ensure that the care provided meets high standards and contribute to the day-to-day activities of their home. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful impact, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support residents in daily activities, encouraging independence and personal choice
Work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of care
Assist with other daily tasks to ensure the smooth running of the home
Report to the Nurse or Senior Support Worker on any concerns or changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
Skills and Attributes:
A caring and patient nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.
