Are you a Band 5/6 nurse looking for professional development within an Out of Hours setting?
We are currently working with an OOH provider in the Bracknell area which has 12 hour shifts available 7days per week.
The main duties involve assessing patients as a first point of contact on arrival at the centre, taking clinical observations and an in-depth medical history. You would then confirm whether a patient is urgent, in line with walk-in-centre protocols and assist patients to A&E if needed.
