Job Description

This clinical role will require the postholder to have extensive experience in emergency health care settings, significant expertise in clinical triage and the ability to assess the needs of patients referred for care who have reached a range of dispositions from NHS111, to the Out of Hours service.

The postholder will need to be confident working alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team to communicate clinical decisions and compile individual management plans with patients, families, and wider system partners.

In addition, they must have excellent interpersonal skills to promote positive working relationships with clinicians, call centre staff and wider multi-agency providers to enable patients to meet their health goals and receive the appropriate care and advice in a safe timely manner.
